Please be aware that we are scheduling appointments by focusing on the most vulnerable groups identified by program goals, including families with children five and under, individuals with disabilities and the elderly.  Applications are also available on-line or we can mail an application to you.  You can return your application by mail for review prior to your appointment.

Utah's Unified Transportation Plan

The Utah Transportation Commission and the Boards of the Metropolitan Planning Organizations, in cooperation with the Utah Department of Transportation, are pleased to release Utah’s Unified Transportation Plan 2011-2040. This coordinated effort provides transportation planning information for the entire state in one document. The statewide project lists included in this Unified Transportation Plan can be used by the general public, local elected officials, the governor and legislature, and the State Transportation Commission as they make decisions about future transportation programs.

Hazard Mitigation Plan

The MAG Hazard plan promotes pre and post disaster mitigation measures, short/long range strategies that minimize suffering, loss of life, and damage to property resulting from hazardous or potentially hazardous conditions to which citizens and institutions within the state are exposed; and to eliminate or minimize conditions which would have an undesirable impact on our citizens, the economy, environment, and the well-being of the state of Utah.
